THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE
GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD FOLLOW-ON

The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Simplified Procedures to Certain Commercial Items implemented in the Federal
Acquisition Regulation, FAR 15.501 “Special Documentation Requirements.” WHS/AD intends to issue a follow-on contract to KCK Technologies, LLC under contract HQ0034-14-C-0026. The anticipated period of performance will be a three (3) month base period and two (2) one-month option periods. We anticipate awarding a contract to KCK Technologies, LLC to provide Integrated Call Center and Administrative
Support Services to the Department of Defense (DoD) Consolidated Adjudications Facility (CAF). Failure to issue a bridge contract would create an unacceptable and significant lapse in support for DoD CAF. Currently, these services are going through a competitive acquisition with an anticipated award in fiscal year 2018.
