About this file

This document is a comprehensive architectural and construction specification file for renovating Building T111 at the Boise VA Medical Center. The project, designated as 36C26024R0041, involves a complete renovation of a approximately 3,149 square foot building to improve functionality for Pharmacy, Union, and Caregiver Support offices, with planned upgrades including new exterior walls, roof, entrances, HVAC system, and interior finishes.

The renovation is a Firm Fixed Price construction project with a total estimated value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted by October 6, 2025, with a NAICS code of 236220. The project scope includes comprehensive demolition, site preparation, and updates across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems. A bid bond of at least 20% of the bid price (not exceeding $3 million) will be required, and the contract will be awarded using a best value continuum approach under FAR Part 15.101.
