About this file

This is an Addendum #4 document issued by the City of Peachtree City, Georgia's Purchasing Department for Request for Proposal 25-124PPZ regarding Building Department Services and Erosion Control Review & Inspection. The addendum addresses three clarifications submitted by potential bidders, providing official responses to questions about permit fee data, the definition of non-routine services, and bid submission requirements. The document confirms that permit and inspection data referenced in the RFP pertains specifically to Building Permits and Inspections rather than land development permits, clarifies that non-routine services include special inspections for unfamiliar construction materials and complex site conditions, and specifies that cost proposals must itemize building, plan review, and erosion control positions individually rather than as a combined lump sum percentage. The addendum is dated June 30, 2025.

No additional pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, contract duration, or renewal options are specified within this addendum document. The addendum serves solely to provide clarification on definitions and submission requirements for the ongoing RFP process.

BUILDING DEPARTMENT SERVICES AND EROSION CONTORL REVIEW & INSPECTION

25-124PPZ

ADDENDUM #4

1. QUESTION: Does permit fee and inspection data provided on page 3 of the RFP include land development permit fees and inspections? If so, can that be broken down to indicate how much revenue was collected for land disturbance fees and how many permits were issued? CITY’S RESPONSE: This information was generated for Building Permits and Inspections.

2. QUESTION: What is considered “non-routine” on page 15? CITY’S RESPONSE:

Examples may include special inspections of unfamiliar construction materials or addressing complex site conditions during inspections. This area would vary based on the proposal’s expertise.

3. QUESTION: Can a lump sum percentage be submitted for all building, plan review and erosion control positions or should each be broken down individually? CITY’S RESPONSE: Each should be listed individually.
