About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Proposals issued by the City of Peachtree City, Georgia for Building Department Services and Erosion Control Review & Inspection (Solicitation 25-124PPZ). The City seeks a single comprehensive proposal from one contractor capable of providing both building department services and erosion control review and inspection services. The City does not intend to make multiple awards; however, contractors may subcontract portions of the work to reputable and qualified firms with proven performance records, provided all subcontractors comply with contract terms and conditions and the primary contractor remains fully responsible for all subcontractor acts and omissions. Proposals must include a proposed contract for the City's review as part of the submission requirements.
A professional engineer is required for this solicitation regardless of whether a firm is applying for building services only or both services, as the City is seeking an integrated approach to both service areas. The addendum, dated June 23, 2025, addresses specific clarifications regarding proposal format requirements and qualification standards for responding firms.
