About this file
This is a Graphics Appendix document for Invitation to Bid BL056-26, issued by Gwinnett County, Georgia, for the purchase of patches and emblems on an annual contract. The document provides detailed specifications for embroidered graphics across multiple sections, with the graphics files to be provided by the Gwinnett County Communications Department. The appendix outlines 18 distinct design sections with varying dimensions, thread specifications, and color requirements. Section D includes the largest design at 11 inches by 4.25 inches, while Sections A through multiple subsections specify smaller designs ranging from 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches to 1.5625 inches by 6.5 inches in height. Color palettes consist primarily of Pantone Black 6 and Pantone Cool Gray 6, with select designs incorporating additional colors such as Pantone Cool Gray 10, Pantone Bright White, and Pantone 387 (Mid Yellow).
The document establishes precise thread stitch counts for designs with available estimates, ranging from 3,945 stitches for smaller sections to 27,035 stitches for mid-sized designs, while several designs require the awarded vendor to provide suggested thread count estimates. Specific Pantone color standards are designated throughout to ensure consistency in the final embroidered products. The specifications indicate this is a comprehensive graphics package supporting the county's patching and emblems procurement, with the graphics files themselves to be supplied by the county's Communications Department to standardize production quality and design accuracy across all awarded vendors.
