APPROVAL PROCESS AND SOQ NOTIFICATION:

A City Selection Committee comprised of personnel with the appropriate technical expertise shall review the above Statements of Qualifications. The Committee, at its discretion, may contact any or all of the Prime Contractors, references and conduct interviews and/or discussions to obtain sufficient information to render their determinations. Finally, this process does not preclude the City from rejecting a pre-approved Prime Contractor as non-responsive after bid opening and prior to award if the basis is information subsequently discovered that would have originally disqualified a Prime Contractor.
