About this file

This document is a Bid Bond form for the City of Woodland Park, Colorado, specifically related to the 2025 Citywide Striping Project. The document serves as a financial guarantee for a bidder's proposal, requiring the principal (bidder) to deposit a bid proposal guaranty equivalent to at least 5% of the total bid amount. The bond protects the City of Woodland Park by ensuring that if the bid is accepted, the principal will execute a contract agreement, provide performance and payment bonds, and fulfill all contractual obligations.

The Citywide Striping Project involves street and parking lot striping at various locations within Woodland Park, with specific requirements including the use of SETFAST SOLVENTBORNE ACRYLIC TRAFFIC MARKING PAINT and glass beads for street markings. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and labor, as well as implementing necessary traffic control measures. The project will require coordination with the city during ongoing pavement maintenance operations, and may involve multiple mobilizations. The contractor must adhere to specific painting conditions, such as temperature and surface requirements, and will be responsible for correcting any striping issues that arise.
