About this file
This document appears to be a bid sheet for a sign order as part of the 2025 Snowmobile Program for the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry. The department is seeking 41,500 pieces of flexible, shatter-proof poly-flex plastic signs, to be delivered by October 14, 2024. The signs must be bundled in lots of 25, with each box not exceeding 50 lbs. The vendor is required to submit only one invoice for the total amount due.
The contract is funded through the 014-01A-8140-81-5861 account. The contact person for this opportunity is Lauri Noel at the Off-Road Vehicles Office. Samples of the signs can be provided upon request. This appears to be a standalone procurement and does not reference any incumbent vendor or renewal options.
