The project involves comprehensive home improvements at 2825 W Lakeview Ave, including kitchen appliances (Delta faucet, GE range and cooktop, GE microwave, Broan hood vent, and Whirlpool refrigerator), bathroom fixtures (Delta and American Standard faucets, American Standard toilet, Sterling tub surround, and Broan bathroom fan), flooring materials (Shaw LVP and carpet), HVAC components, roofing (CertainTeed Landmark shingles and aluminum guttering), windows, an A.O. Bids must be submitted through OPENGOV only. Escambia County reserves the right to award line items individually for emergency services limited to roofing and septic or sewer work. All contractors are obligated to use like, similar, or equal-valued products and must protect all surfaces, furniture, and homeowner property from damage, with contractor responsibility for moving furniture while the homeowner retains responsibility for its contents. No specific response date, due date, or award date is provided in this scope document.
