About this file
This is a Bid Scope Materials List for a residential rehabilitation project in Florida under the SHIP (State Housing Initiatives Partnership) program, administered by the County. The project involves comprehensive home rehabilitation at 8110 Imperial Ct, targeting an owner-occupied, single-family residence to enhance safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility in compliance with federal, state, and county regulations. The scope includes installation of specified kitchen appliances (GE range, cooktop, and microwave; Delta faucet; Whirlpool refrigerator; Broan hood vent), bathroom fixtures (American Standard toilet and tub; Delta faucets; Sterling tub surround; Aquatic shower), flooring materials (Shaw LVP and carpet), HVAC components, roofing (CertainTeed Landmark), windows, lighting fixtures (Hampton Bay and Commercial Electric), plumbing supplies, and a 50-gallon A.O. Smith hot water heater. The project requires licensed, insured, and County-approved general contractors. Additional work beyond this defined scope may be performed only with prior written County approval and allocated funding.
Material specifications and installation standards are detailed throughout the scope, with requirements for new braided supply lines for plumbing fixtures, putty and caulk finishing for trim work, complete drywall finishing (taping, mudding, texturing, and painting), laminate countertops with 4-inch backsplash, and cabinetry constructed of 3/4-inch plywood or better with solid hardwood fronts and frames. All electrical appliances must be Energy Star approved with LED bulbs. Contractors are responsible for furniture movement while homeowners retain responsibility for contents. The scope explicitly requires contractors to use like, similar, or equal-valued products and to protect all surfaces and property from damage during work. No specific pricing terms, contract term duration, response deadlines, or award dates are identified in this materials list document.
