About this file

This is a Bid Scope Materials List for a residential rehabilitation project located at 711 W Jordan Street in Escambia County, Florida, administered by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). The scope encompasses comprehensive renovation of kitchen, bathroom, and general home systems, including specified appliances, fixtures, and materials such as a GE range and cooktop, Whirlpool refrigerator, Delta faucets, American Standard toilet and tub, Shaw flooring and carpet, A.O. Smith water heater, Hunter ceiling fan, CertainTeed roofing, and various lighting fixtures. The project requires adherence to specific installation standards, including the use of new braided supply lines for plumbing, proper finishing techniques for trim and drywall, square-edged laminate countertops with four-inch backsplash, and cabinetry constructed of three-quarter-inch plywood or better with solid hardwood fronts and frames. Bids must be submitted through OPENGOV only. The County reserves the right to award line items individually for emergency services limited to roofing and septic or sewer work. Contractors are permitted to substitute like, similar, or equal valued products in place of specified items. Scott Sanchez, NED, serves as the primary contact for questions at 850-595-0827 or jssanchez@myescambia.com. No specific contract term, renewal options, pricing information, or award date is identified in this materials list document.
