This is a Bid Scope Materials List prepared by Escambia County, Florida for residential rehabilitation work at 1117 Colbet Avenue. The project involves general contracting services for home rehabilitation, with eligible bidders limited to licensed, general contractors that are insured and in good standing with the County. New contractors must submit a letter of insurability demonstrating compliance with County requirements. The scope of work includes various line items, with Escambia County retaining the option to award individual line items separately for emergency items limited to roofing and septic or sewer services.
