About this file

This document is a Bid Pricing Sheet (S-25700-00014081) for Landscape Maintenance Services for the City of Central Point, Oregon. The bid details comprehensive landscape maintenance services to be performed weekly, bi-annually, annually, and as needed, including bed maintenance, lawn care, debris removal, parking lot and sidewalk cleaning, leaf removal, pruning, fertilization, backflow testing, irrigation system maintenance, pest control, and snow/ice removal. The document explicitly notes that no new landscaping or irrigation installation is anticipated, as the site is already scheduled for a large renovation project this summer, and the services are strictly for maintenance and upkeep.

The pricing sheet does not include specific monetary values, leaving pricing columns blank for vendors to complete. The landscape maintenance services cover multiple frequency levels, from weekly tasks like weed removal and lawn trimming to annual activities such as fertilization and backflow testing. Specific requirements include maintaining a 12-inch distance between plants and buildings, ensuring weed-free lawns, removing all debris, pruning for proper growth, and managing irrigation systems with strict operational hours (not operating between 4 am and 7 pm). The document is part of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with proposals due by July 25, 2025, suggesting a potential contract term that would begin shortly after that date.
