About this file
This is a Bid Price Increase/Decrease Instructions document issued by the City of Philadelphia Free Library for Tableau Cloud Software under Small Order Purchase Bid #B2627150. The contract term runs from May 28, 2026 through May 27, 2027, with the option for the City to renew on an annual basis for up to three additional one-year periods at its sole discretion. The document outlines the procedures for price adjustments during renewal periods rather than specifying initial pricing or quantities for the software procurement.
Price increase requests must be submitted in writing to Stephanie Moore at moorest@freelibrary.org at least thirty days prior to the expiration of each contract period to be effective on the first day of the renewal period. The seller must include the bid number, contract number, renewal period, item descriptions, current pricing, applicable pricing, and the Consumer Price Index (CPI) percentage change in the request. Price increases are capped at 4% annually and must be based on the percent change in the Index for All Urban Consumers—Philadelphia as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, reflecting the Mid-Atlantic CPI Announcement for December of the applicable renewal year. The increase applied shall be the lesser of the actual CPI change or the 4% cap. If notice is not received by the deadline or before the last day of the contract period, prices for the renewal period remain unchanged from the previous period. Price decreases may be submitted in writing at any time during the contract period or renewal periods.
