This bid includes the following Work:
Removal and replacement of storefront window systems and accessory components at the Sheriff Operations Building and New Century Adult Detention Center, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM CT on June 25, 2026, at the Sheriff Operations Building located at 27745 W. 159th Street, New Century, Kansas 66031. Representation is required by General Contractors/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid.
Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on July 1, 2026, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
