About this file
This is a Bid Document for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) signage and banners secondary contract opportunity in Wisconsin. The procurement seeks qualified vendors to provide signage, banners, and related items on an as-needed basis with no minimum order requirements, available to all UWM departments including the UWM Innovation Campus in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The contract will serve as a secondary resource to the State's mandatory contract with Badger State Industries (BSI), to be utilized only when BSI provides UWM with a waiver. Vendors may offer products with or without installation services.
The document establishes terms and conditions for vendor participation in this secondary contract arrangement. Specific pricing, contract term length, renewal options, and detailed submission requirements should be referenced within the bid document specifications. This secondary contract structure allows UWM to access alternative signage and banner providers while maintaining compliance with the State's primary vendor relationship, ensuring service continuity and competitive options for campus signage needs across multiple UWM locations.
