Vendor called 11/1/23 and posed the following questions.

How many exhaust hood systems, fans, and ducts are there in the main kitchen and how many in the school building?

Dietary Hoods-5 exhaust fans on the roof with one duct each plus a supply duct for each one.

Culinary Arts-1 exhaust fan with one duct plus a supply duct.

Are there any splits or is there one hood and one duct to each fan?

To the best of our knowledge, each hood system has one duct to each exhaust fan.
