About this file
This is an Instructions to Respondents document from the Texas Office of the Attorney General (OAG) for solicitation number 302-26-015803, titled "FY26 iDocket RFO." The document provides guidance for vendors on how to respond to this request for offers through the OAG Procurement Portal hosted on the Bonfire platform at https://texasoag.bonfirehub.com/. Vendors must register through the Bonfire website to participate in this solicitation, with step-by-step registration instructions and video tutorials available through Bonfire's vendor support resources. The document does not specify the exact nature of the iDocket services being requested, response deadlines, contract terms, or award dates.
The OAG utilizes the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) code system to standardize purchases and select vendors from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL). New suppliers interested in providing materials, equipment, supplies, and services to the OAG must apply to be included on the CMBL to receive bidding opportunities, while existing vendors need only ensure their CMBL information is current and includes applicable NIGP classifications. The document does not contain information about pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or contract amounts.

USE OF NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF GOVERNMENTAL PURCHASING CODE
The Texas Office of the Attorney General (OAG) uses the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc. (NIGP) code to standardize purchases by conforming to the class, item, and group structure of the code. The NIGP code is used to select vendors for our master vendor file from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL).
New suppliers and other vendors wishing to furnish materials, equipment, supplies, and services to OAG should apply to be on the CMBL to receive bidding opportunities.
Existing vendors need only be concerned that the information listed on the CMBL file is correct, and that the applicable NIGP class and item are selected for those that you can provide.
CMBL information is available online at:
