About this file

This document is a Statement of Requirements for Banking Information Access issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dated April 15, 2026.

The SEC requires access to a comprehensive online database of banking information to support the identification of current U.S. banks' points of contact for Writs, Legal Order Processing, and service of writs, asset freezes, and other Court Orders. The required data includes information on domestic banks, institution names, ownership, location(s), and subsidiaries; contact information for Writs and Legal Order Processing personnel; key personnel contact details including email and telephone numbers; and Registered Agents for all U.S. states and territories. Specifically, the database must provide complete contact information (email, registered agent, and physical address) for service of writs, garnishments, and asset freezes. The SEC prefers a platform that enables direct user interaction with banks and secure capture and upload of documents. The contractor must provide information on no less than 12 banking entities annually, with access granted to 16 users.
