Requirements section (5.0) of this RFP and assigned maximum points as indicated in the table below.

4. The scores earned by each vendor for each step will be combined and the committee will review the combined score and make a recommendation to award a vendor.

5. The District reserves the right to award the contract based on what it determines to be in the best interests of TCSS.

6. The final award of this proposal is contingent upon the approval of the Board of Education.

7. Selection of a successful proposal is not the end of the contractual process; further negotiation over the contract terms and conditions may be necessary, which, in and of itself, could change the Vendor of choice.

8. Vendors responding to the original RFP will be notified of their selection or non-selection according to the RFP timeline listed.

9. Vendor Interviews: Depending on the outcome of the Technical and Financial Evaluation, certain Vendors may be asked to meet with TCSS personnel to provide an in-person presentation which consists of the solution that was proposed in the RFP response, benefits of the proposal submitted, and a working demonstration of the solution.
