About this file

This document is a Quick Quote issued by Collier County's Operations & Regulatory Management Division in Florida for Bank Deposit Courier Services for the Immokalee Sports Complex. The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide pickup, transport, and delivery of bank deposits, with services to be performed between 10:00am and 12:00pm daily, and all deposit slips delivered to the bank by 2:30pm. The project is scheduled for release on April 4, 2025, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on April 11, 2025, and response submissions due by April 18, 2025 at 3:00pm. The contract term is intended to be valid through September 30, 2025, with the county reserving the right to add or cancel scheduled services with seven days' written notice.

The pricing proposal includes two line items: a regular deposit service and a holiday rate service, both to be priced on an all-inclusive basis. Vendors must meet specific insurance requirements, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, automobile liability, and crime/employee dishonesty coverage. The county will award the contract to the responsive vendor with the lowest quote, and the selected vendor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to handle the bank deposits. Additional requirements include compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining proper licenses and insurances, and providing a standard operating procedure for cash handling and transit security.
