About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) related to a federal contract opportunity for US Business Surveys Printing and Mailing Services 2024. The key details are:
The contract is a re-compete of an existing requirement currently performed by Data Integrators, Inc. under contract 1331L523P13210105, which expires on 9/5/2024. The estimated total value of this new requirement is above $250,000, with a base period and four option years. The work involves printing, assembly, and mailing services for BEA's annual survey program. BEA is seeking a small business contractor to provide these services. The RFI contains questions and answers regarding the scope, such as the quantities and specifications for any accompanying flyers, the handling of postage, and whether teaming agreements are allowed. It also states that the current work is performed at the contractor's site, with no distance or facility type restrictions, though the vendor must ensure file and letter security. This is a small business set-aside requirement; no other certifications are required.

RFIs will be posted under this Notice ID on SAM.gov.
