Number Question Answer 1 Confirm if the project mentioned above is considered as a potential new requirement or is there an incumbent contract currently performing these services? If there are incumbent vendor(s), would you be able to provide the contract details (such as: Vendor Name, Contract Number, Award and end dates, total contract value)?

It is a re-compete. Data Integrators, Inc., 1331L523P13210105, end date is 9.5.2024.

2 Is an estimated value available for this potential requirement / project?

Will it be greater than $250K?

No.

This requirement is Base + 4 Option Years; therefore, Base is not, and total value is estimated to be above $250K but is not guaranteed.

3 Are you the current Point of Contact for this effort? If not, may I ask who the current Point of Contact is?

Yes.

4 Attachment 3/Tentative Mailing Schedule clearly states the quantity per mailing, and whether the letter is single- or double-sided, however, there are no references to the additional “flyers” which may or may not accompany those letters, which will certainly affect the overall costs.

Currently we are not sending any flyers but included that language in case we decide to during the year.

5 Are there any specifications for the flyers? In the past our flyers have been single-sided 4 color, but again, we don't have any flyers currently in use.

6 Do you have a preference as to how the cost of flyers should be detailed in the pricing proposal?

No

7 Is there a current incumbent contractor performing this work? See Answer to Question 1.

8 Is the current work being done at the contractor site? Yes.

9 Where is the work currently being done (location)? Contractor site 10 Is there a distance restriction? No 11 Are there restrictions on the type of facility? No, but the vendor should ensure that the files BEA provides and the letters are secured.

12 Are there any clearance required at the facility, or for personnel? Files and letters should be secured by the vendor. All vendor staff need to take annual confidentiality training.

13 Will there be any mail screening required? No 14 Will there be a need for vehicles? No 15 Any other certifications required other than Small Business? This is a Small Business Set Aside.

16 Will questions and answers be posted somewhere, or be sent to all vendors responding?

RFIs will be posted under this Notice ID on SAM.gov.

17 This solicitation indicates a “Firm Fixed Price”, are the volumes and workload expected to be the same each year?

Volume can vary year-to-year and depends on the number of entities required to submit the survey.

18 Are “Teaming Agreement” or CTA’s acceptable? No.

19 How will postage be handled for each mailing? Standard first class postage is applied to each letter by the vendor.
