About this file
This document is Amendment No. 2 to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 75N93026R00008 for the "Immune Mechanisms of Protection Against Mycobacterium tuberculosis Center (IMPAc-TB)," issued by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The amendment was issued on July 21, 2026, and provides responses to questions from potential offerors. The proposal submission deadline remains unchanged at September 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM, EST. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by identifying the amendment number and date on each submitted proposal copy, or face potential rejection. The primary contracting officer is Christopher Ray (chris.ray@nih.gov, 240.627.3365), with Robert Corno serving as the secondary point of contact (cornorj@niaid.nih.gov, 240.669.5151).
The amendment addresses three key questions regarding proposal formatting and submission requirements. References are included within the page limit, while curriculum vitae (CVs) are also included in the page limit with each CV not to exceed 4 pages. Regarding small business subcontracting plans, offerors should include a copy of the subcontracting plan with their Business Proposal rather than submitting it through the SBCX system at the time of proposal submission; submission through SBCX will only be required if the offeror receives an invitation during negotiations. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
