The following CDRLs will be on an “as required” basis:

Contractors shall provide information for DD Form 1423, Block 17, Price Group, and Block 18, Estimated Total Price, for applicable CDRLs for Task Order 0001

BLK 4:

a) Contractor Format Acceptable.

b) The most current version of the Data Item Description is to be used.

c) Include all Government Furnished Equipment and Facilities required and the date and duration they will be required. Include a cost chart depicting by month the estimated cost, including subcontractor costs, for each major task.

d) Draft and Final program plans shall be marked with the appropriate distribution statement and any restrictive legends that apply. If restrictive legends are not evident, the data may be treated as unrestricted

e) An electronic copy of the program plan shall be delivered. One CD-ROM, properly labeled, is the preferred media for submittal. The most commonly used version of MS Word shall be used. Documents shall not be submitted by e-mail .unless the contractor has an IECA/ECA PKI (http://iase.disa.mil/pki/eca) program that allows for secure communications with the DoD. E-mail encryption capability based on a PGP platform is not acceptable.

BLKS 10, 12, 13: The contractor shall deliver a draft Program Plan within 30 calendar days after task order award. The HEL-JTO will review and return with comments no later than 15 days after receipt of the draft Program Plan. Upon receipt of the comments, the contractor shall incorporate all required changed and deliver the final version of the Program Plan within 15 days after receipt of HEL-JTO comments. The plan shall be updated, as required, from the date of initial acceptance through technical completion.

The JTO and technical monitor(s) will review, edit and return the draft no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the draft Final Report. b) Para 10.1 Content: The software shall consist of self-contained executable code with the additional support and/or internal data files necessary for the government to run algorithms of interest. User documentation will accompany the code.

c) Para 10.2 Media: The software, and a limited user manual, shall be provided on a CD-R.

d)Para 10.3 Format: The software shall be executable on any platform running MS Windows. The user documentation shall be in MS Word.

BLK 7: Submit draft Software with letter of transmittal. Submit final version of the software to the designated technical project manager. In preparing the final DD 250 for the task order, code the shipment number with a “Z” and submit to the designated technical project manager with the final version of the software.

The Status Report documents the status of contractor effort towards achieving contract objectives. It identifies accomplishments to date and difficulties encountered, and compare the status achieved to planned goals and the resources expended. It is used by the Government to monitor and evaluate contractor performance.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

It is not intended that all requirements herein should be applied to every program. Portions of the DID are subject to tailoring by deletion depending on the specific status reporting requirements of the project.

This DID is related to DI-FNCL-80331, Funds and Man-Hour Expenditure Report which can be used in conjunction with this report if paragraph 3.2.3 below is deleted.

2. Format. The Status Report shall be in contractor format.

2.1 Identification. The data indicated below shall be contained on a title page or on the first page of the report.

b. A comparison of achieved end-product performance capabilities projected against contract baseline values, requirements, or allocations.

c. Effort expended on each task to date, and a brief description of technical developments and accomplishments.

d. Key dates in any testing program and description of tests performed and significant test results. If applicable, a description of the amount and type of down time on the equipment or system under test.

e. A list of all designs completed and a brief description of each item. For designs in process, provide estimated dates for design and drawing completion.

f. A narrative of outstanding problems existing as of the previous status report, and their resolution status.
