Text version

The Cascades Building will house a new Acute Ward on the first floor and Acute Mental Health Administration on the second. This will nearly double CWM’s capacity to provide acute mental health care to our Veterans. In addition, the investments will provide a MHEOC compliant corridor for patients in the Horizon Building to access the amenities and greenspace planned for the Cascades Building.

The Cascades Building will house 18-20 patients and the Horizon Building when renovated will house 16-18 veterans. This will allow for a women’s veteran wing and to place veterans according to different needs by patient population.
