About this file

This is a Seller Checklist document issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for small purchases through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist applies to a micro purchase opportunity for Logitech Microsoft Web Cams to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award, and delivery or services should not commence until official notification from the department is received.

The checklist outlines a 13-step submission process that requires vendors to complete multiple tabs within the PHLContracts system, including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections. Key requirements include selecting the correct Seller role, indicating Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, entering unit costs for each item, answering all mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting a Consent & Authorization form. An optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form may also be submitted. Vendors must address all red validation warnings before final submission and review their complete quote on the Summary tab prior to submitting through the PHLContracts portal at www.PHLContracts.phila.gov.
