About this file

This file is a Seller Checklist for Small Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform for a punch machine maintenance micropurchase. The micropurchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award and are instructed not to deliver or provide services until notified by the department. The checklist does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder's meetings.

The checklist outlines a twelve-step submission process for vendors responding to this micropurchase opportunity in Pennsylvania. Key requirements include confirming seller role in the system, indicating Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status (though the LBE Program does not apply to small purchases), entering unit costs for all line items, answering mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting a signed Consent & Authorization form. Vendors are required to attach all necessary documentation and may optionally submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. The checklist emphasizes that all red validation warnings must be addressed before submission and that no quote will be considered without an executed Consent & Authorization form on file.
