About this file

This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist provides step-by-step guidance for vendors responding to the VMAT/SQUITTERS Installation and Training micro purchase opportunity in Pennsylvania. The micro purchase will be awarded as a single contract, and sellers must submit quotes for the items described in the bid to be eligible for award. The opportunity will result in a requirements contract upon award. No specific response deadline, due date, site visit requirements, or bidder's conference information is detailed in this checklist document.

The checklist outlines the submission requirements for vendors, including completion of the General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary tabs within the PHLContracts system. All vendors must provide unit costs for listed items, answer mandatory questions, accept terms and conditions, and submit an executed Consent & Authorization form with their quote. The checklist indicates that vendors should identify their status as a Local Business Entity (LBE) certified business, though the LBE Program does not apply to small order purchases. Vendors are encouraged to submit an optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, or funding sources are specified in this document.
