Description of Requirement:
The CCR requires the acquisition of one (1) Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus Sequencing System to replace aging iSeq and legacy MiSeq instruments and support centralized sequencing operations within the CCR Genomics Core. The system will provide improved run reliability, streamlined workflows, and flexible support for small- and mid-scale sequencing projects, thereby reducing reruns, staff time, and turnaround delays.
