The requirement is classified under NAICS code 611519 "Other Technical and Trade Schools" with a small business size standard of $21.0 Million and Product Service Code U009 "Education/Training-General." Interested vendors must submit responses via email no later than October 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern time to Colin Sasser (Contract Specialist) at colin.l.sasser.civ@usmc.mil and Cynthia A. Guthridge (Contracting Officer) at cynthia.guthridge@usmc.mil. Responses are limited to ten pages and must address seven specific questions, including organizational information (name, CAGE code, UEI, contact details), recommended NAICS code with justification, experience and capabilities regarding the PWS, identification of restrictive or vague PWS provisions with recommendations, potential obstacles to competition and proposed solutions, available contract vehicles (GSA Federal Supply Schedule, GSA OASIS, or other government contracts), anticipated subcontractor versus direct performance percentages, experience with specific PWS paragraphs (3.2.18 and 3.3.7 through 3.3.27), and ability to provide training venues. An Industry Day is scheduled for September 22, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Virginia, with RSVP required by September 16, 2027 at 10:00 AM Eastern time.
