About this file

This statement of work and related federal contract opportunity document outline requirements for replacing a geothermal heat pump at the Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge in North Dakota. The statement of work specifies providing and installing a geothermal heat pump unit with a minimum 10-year warranty, 147K BTUH capacity, and temperature operating range of 40 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires upsizing all pipes as needed to accommodate a larger replacement unit while utilizing the existing pipe material type. Installation must follow the manufacturer's guidelines. The related federal contract opportunity provides additional context that the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking to fulfill this requirement by replacing the existing geothermal pump. Relevant details such as response and award dates, pricing terms, or set-asides are not specified.
