Boat Collar Replacement

Statement of Work based on:
This requirement is for a service. It includes WING (existing collar brand name) collar replacement on two Almar Emergency Response Vessels/Watercraft. Both vessels have collars which are severely deteriorated and failing. The coating has degraded, and the covering of the collars has disintegrated. Both collars need replacement in kind. These vessels are mission essential as they provide emergency support services such as Search and Rescue, Law Enforcement Operations, and Natural and Cultural resource protection support.
1.0 Detail of Service
Replace vessel collars in kind for two identical, high use, high public visibility, Law Enforcement/Emergency Response vessels. Existing collars to be disposed of by contractor.
Replacement collars to be installed on each of the two vessels to match original/existing collars.
Replacement collars to be black and/or grey in color. Replacement collars to be replaced to match existing vessel specifications.
2.0 Parts Required
Two ‘Wing Collars’ (Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM) to replace and match existing vessel specifications outlined in 3.0 General Features and pictured in 5.0 Existing Vessel and Collar Pictures.
3.0 General Features

Period of Performance
Project to be completed 210 days after contract award effective date.
4.0 Shipping/Pickup
Shipping/Hauling of vessels to and from the contractor will be completed by the National Park Service. Upon coordination with the contractor, both Vessels will be delivered for collar replacement to the contractor by the National Park Service. Both Vessels will be picked up following the collar replacement by the National Park Service.
