Application/Database Specialist Education: Associates Degree or combination of education and experience.
Experience Required: Contractor staff shall be knowledgeable in Microsoft .Net C# (version 3.0 +), Microsoft Services (IIS 7.0, Application Delivery, etc.), MS SQL Enterprise (2010 +) Oracle applications, Oracle Database (10i +), Oracle Forms, MySQL, Microsoft PowerShell, database design (according to industry best practices) Oracle procedure, function, and package design and creation, Oracle Application Express tools, J2EE, HTML, PHP, Python, XML, and general web based operations and maintenance.

Task 2: Messaging system support
Messaging Specialist-Junior Education: Associates degree or MCSE in Exchange or mix of equivalent education and experience.
Experience Required: A minimum of 1 year of technical experience with additional experience in supporting, managing enterprise email systems, mobile device management (i.e., MaaS360).
Messaging Specialist-Intermediate Education: Associates degree or MCSE in Exchange or mix of equivalent education and experience.
Experience Required: A minimum of two years of technical experience with additional experience in supporting, managing enterprise email systems, mobile device management (i.e., MaaS360).
Messaging Specialist-Senior Education: Bachelor’s degree or MCSE in Exchange or mix of equivalent education and experience.
Experience Required: A minimum of five years of technical experience with additional experience in supporting, managing, and architecting enterprise email systems, mobile device management (i.e., MaaS360) and working knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino databases.
Service Center Labor Categories
Task 1: DOI/IA Service Center Support
Service Center Technician I Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience Required: A minimum of six months computer support experience. Technician is familiar with standalone and network computers and associated peripheral devices.
Duties: The Service Center Technician I handles Tier 1 IT technical support requests. The Service Center Technician I shall manage and document customer support issues, remediation and customer satisfaction using a structured system for task resolution. Service Center Technician I shall maintain favorable customer relations by handling requests in a tactful and professional manner. The Service Center Technician I handle calls of lesser complexity and that are primarily routine or basic in nature. The Service Center Technician I follows basic procedures and scripts. More complex customer inquiries may be passed to higher level Service Center Technicians.
Service Center Technician II Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience Required: A minimum of two years computer support experience required.
Technician is familiar with standalone and network computers and associated peripheral devices.
Specialized Experience: One (1) year experience in computer system/network support; six (6) months of specialized experience related to Hardware PC Technician Duties: The Service Center Technician II handles Tier 2 IT technical support requests for a broad internal user base. The Service Center Technician II shall manage and document customer support issues, remediation and customer satisfaction using a structured system for task resolution. The Service Center Technician II shall be the primary agent for the accountability of the customer's vast IT hardware resources. The Service Center Technician II shall provide reports for technical support activity, property accountability, and event schedules. The Service Center Technician II shall maintain meeting, training, and conference room schedules while coordinating technical support for each room.
Service Center Technician III Education: Associate’s Degree or Certificate from technical training institute Experience Required: A minimum of three years computer support experience required.
Technician is familiar with standalone and network computers, local area networks and wide area networks.
Specialized Experience: At least three (3) years of specialized experience including Service Center support in a multi-server environment, comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems (e.g., Windows), networking and mail standards. The technician needs to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing and to have a positive customer service attitude.
Duties: The Service Center Technician III handles the most complex IT technical support requests for the DOI/IA user base. The Service Center Technician III shall assist the Service Center Lead(s) in managing and document customer support issues, remediation and customer satisfaction using a structured system for task resolution. The Service Center Technician III shall independently analyze and resolves operational issues for the technical support center and shall assist the Service Center Lead(s) and Federal Functional Lead in prioritizing tasks for the Service Center Technicians that are working on task resolution. The Service Center Technician III shall assist in providing reports for technical support activity, property accountability, and event schedules.
Service Center Technician IV Lead Education: Associate’s degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) or Certificates from technical training institute Experience Required: A minimum of five years computer support experience required.
Technician is familiar with standalone and network computers, local area networks and wide area networks.
Specialized Experience: At least five (5) years of specialized experience including Service Center support in a multi-server environment, comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems (e.g., Windows), networking and mail standards. The technician needs to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing and to have a positive customer service attitude.
Duties: The Service Center Technician IV handles the most complex IT technical support requests for the DOI/IA user base and leads the other Service Center Technicians in direction of providing the utmost support. The Service Center Technician IV shall manage and document customer support issues, remediation and customer satisfaction using a structured system for task resolution. The Service Center Technician IV shall independently analyze and resolves operational issues for the technical support center and shall assist the Federal Functional Lead in prioritizing tasks for the Service Center Technicians that are working on task resolution. The Service Center Technician IV shall provide reports for technical support activity, property accountability, lead meetings and event schedules.
Service Center Knowledge Base Article and Reporting Lead Education: Associate’s Degree or Certificate from technical training institute Experience Required: A minimum of three years computer support experience required and technical writing skills. Technician is familiar with standalone and network computers, local area networks and wide area networks.
Specialized Experience: At least three (3) years of specialized experience including Service Center support in a multi-server environment, comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems (e.g., Windows), networking and mail standards, document development, report building and PowerBI skills preferred. The KBA and Reporting Lead needs to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing and to have a positive customer service attitude.
Duties: The Service Center KBA and Reporting Lead identifies and develops KBA’s and customized reports relating to all of Service Center including first contact resolution rate and other identified Service Center KPI’s. The KBA and Report Lead identifies trends and analyzes current support models and incident trends to develop new processes and procedures. The Service Center KBA and Reporting Lead shall manage and document customer support issues, internal support processes, identify required processes and improvement to current processes, identify and report remediation and customer satisfaction reports using a structured system for task resolution and document support models. The Service Center KBA and Report Lead shall independently analyze and resolves operational processes for the technical support center and shall assist the Service Center Lead(s) and Federal Functional Lead in prioritizing tasks and procedures for the Service Center. The Service Center KBA and Report Lead shall identify, develop, and provide customized reports and knowledge base articles for technical support activity, property accountability, meetings, and event schedules.
Customer Experience Labor Categories
Task 1: Customer Experience (CX) and Human Centered Design (HCD)
Voice of Customer / Customer Insights Specialist Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years leading human centered design projects.
Duties: The Voice of Customer / Costumer Insights Specialist is skilled at understanding data, analytics, taxonomies, and in general customer feedback. They also need to be able to make sense of them, build reports, and recommend actions. The Voice of Customer / Costumer Insights Specialist shall analyze, evaluate and improve the overall customer experience for your company. They will use data-driven approaches to assess customer feedback, identify pain points, and suggest solutions to enhance their experience. With a focus on customer satisfaction, they will work closely with other departments to ensure that the customer’s voice is heard and addressed. By continuously monitoring and improving the customer experience, they will help retain existing customers and attract new ones. As the “Voice of Customer / Costumer Insights Specialist”, your expertise will be instrumental in creating a positive and loyal customer base.
Customer Experience / User Experience Specialist Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years leading human centered design projects.
Duties: The Customer Experience / User Experience Specialist improves the customer experience through human-centered, design-thinking methodologies. Throughout all touchpoints and channels, the CX/UX Specialist is responsible for creating an enjoyable, seamless, and intuitive customer experience. The Customer Experience / User Experience Specialist is responsible for overseeing the interactions between the organization and its customers. They ensure that customers have a seamless experience from the moment they first contact the organization, through their transactions, and beyond. The role of a CX/UX specialist is critical, as they play a vital role in building long-term relationships with customers. Not only do they ensure that customers are satisfied with their experiences, but they also provide valuable feedback to their organization about areas that need improvement.
Computer Network Defense Monitoring, Cyber Incident Response Team, and Vulnerability Management Support Labor Categories
Cybersecurity Analyst/Incident Response Qualification:
• 5+ years of experience in a Windows and Unix/Linux environment with demonstrated substantial knowledge of the following:
o various Internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, SMTP, HTTPS) o computer system and Internet security issues o various security technologies (e.g., encryption, firewalls, and anti-virus/anti-malware products) o security auditing practices o underlying software defects that routinely result in security vulnerabilities (e.g., input validation errors) o understanding of intruder techniques and software exploitation methods o system, database, and/or network administration o operational details of multiple operating systems o cryptographic principles and common cryptographic protocols o anti-virus/anti-malware alerting o network and vulnerability scanning technologies.

Experience Required: A minimum of 10 years of related technical experience in supporting and designing data centers. Extensive technical understanding of the operation and management of an enterprise hosted services datacenter with experience acting as a liaison between a hosting facility and hosting facility customers. Extensive experience in implementing and managing data center utilization and performance metrics. Experience and understanding of UPS systems, HVAC systems, and other physical infrastructure associated with temperature control and power systems such as power assessments, inspecting the quality of work performed by Data Center electrical contractors, and other contracted vendor work performed in a data center. Extensive experience in executing preventative maintenance on data center and communication rooms.
