About this file

This document is a forms-to-return-with-quote package for solicitation 140P8326Q0003, issued by the National Park Service for Rainbow Bridge reconstruction materials at North Cascades National Park. The solicitation seeks firm fixed-price ASTM A588 Grade Atmospheric Resistance Steel products manufactured in the United States, specifically requiring seven different steel components including wide flange beams, sole plates, braces, cover plates, I-beam stiffeners, and L-brackets. The total quantity encompasses 63 individual steel pieces to be delivered to Mountain Barge Services in Chelan, WA, with estimated delivery around April 30, 2026.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, provide domestic source refinery information, submit at least two customer references for similar steel product sales, and complete detailed representations regarding telecommunications equipment usage. The quote must include pricing for each line item, point of contact details, remittance address, UEI number, and authorized signatures. Notably, the solicitation emphasizes domestic manufacturing, with federal tax exemption #53-0197094 applying, and requires contractors to comply with specific federal procurement representations concerning telecommunications equipment and services.
