About this file
This document outlines evaluation criteria for a federal contract solicitation seeking revegetation services. Contractors must submit no more than two pages describing their technical approach, relevant past experience performing similar invasive plant control, hand seeding, and hydromulching projects over the past three years, especially in the Southwest U.S. ecosystem. The response should also demonstrate a clear understanding of the project scope by detailing the approach for non-native species removal while avoiding natives, as well as hand broadcast seeding and hydromulching with wood mulch.
The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 140P1323Q0089 for PETR-ESCARPMENT TRAIL SEEDING/WEED RMVL services issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region. Selection will be based on the technical evaluation criteria as outlined in the first document.
