STATEMENT OF WORK
PTDO VALEX BOM Procurement
BRAVO COMPANY, 249th ENGINEER BATTALION, FORT LIBERTY, NC 28310
16 January 2025
1. GENERAL: This is a purchase description for expendable prime power materials necessary for Bravo Company, 249th Engineer Battalion (EN BN) to execute Prepare to Deploy Order (PTDO) validation exercise beginning 24 March 2025.
2. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall procure and deliver listed materials.
3. BACKGROUND: 249th EN BN designated 3rd Power Station, Bravo Company as the primary PTDO and NRF platoon beginning 01 July 2025. IAW 249th EN BN SOP, 3rd Power Station will validate PTDO competencies from 24-31 March 2025. Prime power soldiers require expendable materials to demonstrate task proficiency during the PTDO validation exercise.
4. OBJECTIVES:
a. 249th EN BN requires the procurement and delivery of listed materials.
5. SCOPE: The contractor shall:
a. Procure all materials as outlined in Paragraph 6: Material Requirements.
b. Deliver or ship all materials as outlined in Paragraph 6: Material Requirements to CENTRAL RECEIVING POINT, BLDG J2050 COOK ST, Fort Liberty, NC 28310 no later than 10 March 2025.

7. USG: The US Government will not furnish any items, property, or services. The US Government will ensure the delivery location is unlocked and open for deliveries during the normal duty hours of 9am-5pm daily, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
8. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 days from NTP, with a delivery schedule of no later than 10 March 2025. Deliver all items to the following location:
