About this file

This document is an Attachment B template for Limitations on Subcontracting Reporting, specifically designed for task order contracts. The template requires prime contractors to calculate and report the percentage of contract performance by the prime contractor and similarly situated entities, with a key requirement that no more than 50 percent of the government contract amount can be paid to non-similarly situated subcontractors for service-based contracts.

The template is associated with the CRREL Cold Facilities Maintenance and Repair Services solicitation (W913E525R0008), which is a total small business set-aside for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contract covers routine repair and maintenance of cold facilities equipment, including systems like humidity control, environmental chambers, refrigeration systems, electrical components, and research equipment. The NAICS code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5 million, and an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated due to the variable nature of maintenance requirements.
