Bid Sheet Wyalusing Landing Sidewalks Project Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge- McGregor District, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin BEFORE SUBMITTING QUOTES, bidders should carefully read all Solicitation documents. Attending a scheduled site visit is highly encouraged.
Award of the contract will be made to that responsible bidder, whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal, is most advantageous to the Government, on the basis of best value for all items described within the specifications and requirements.
Bidders must quote on all items. Incomplete quotes will not be accepted.
