About this file

This document contains a quote submission package for a federal contract solicitation to provide water treatment operation services at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The solicitation seeks bids from offerors to specify biobased products comprising at least 87% biobased content for water and wastewater treatment chemicals. Offerors must document past experience supplying biobased products and list relevant contracts over the past two years involving biobased products specified, purchased, and installed. The quote submission package instructions provide forms for offerors to detail project experience, receive customer ratings, and provide general business and reference information. The federal agency issuing this solicitation is the National Park Service National Office within the Department of the Interior.
