About this file

This document is a Pricing Schedule for a federal contract opportunity to replace the steel roof and siding at a facility in Bryce Canyon, Utah. The contract requires the removal and replacement of approximately 3,074 square feet of standing seam metal roof, including repair or replacement of sub-roofing components, as well as the removal and replacement of approximately 2,500 square feet of siding with cement fiberboard. The contractor is expected to provide pricing for each of the major elements, including labor, materials, and applicable taxes, with the government awarding a fixed-price construction contract. The contractor is encouraged to incorporate quantity discounts as appropriate to provide a competitive price, as the government will make the award decision based in part on the pricing offered. The document also includes unit pricing for potential roof decking repair, fascia repair, and sheathing repair per square foot, which may be utilized in the event of substantial repairs requiring a contract modification.
