About this file
The file is an Addendum to Instructions to Offerors for a competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a Total Inorganic Carbon Analyzer. The U.S. Geological Survey's Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center is seeking a small business vendor under NAICS code 334516 with a size standard of 1,000 employees to provide the specified analytical laboratory instrument. Quotes must be electronically submitted to Mindie Dixon at mdixon@usgs.gov by 8/11/2025 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time, with an anticipated contract award date of 8/15/2020.
The submission must include four specific tabs: Tab A with the signed offer form and administrative data, Tab B with pricing, Tab C with completed FAR forms, and Tab D with a technical capability response limited to 3 pages. The technical response must clearly demonstrate the vendor's ability to meet the instrument's specifications, with the understanding that quotes not sufficiently demonstrating technical capability may be rejected. Delivery of the instrument is specified for the USGS Woods Hole Coastal & Marine location at 384 Woods Hole Road, with a delivery deadline of approximately 9/30/2025.
