Propane for Turtle Mountain Agency Background The Bureau of Indian Affairs Turtle Mountain Agency Facilities Operations provides operations and maintenance to all BIA facilities.
General SOW Specifications Scope The vendor is responsible for the delivery of propane.
Objective The objective is to ensure a safe, healthy working and living environment by providing propane to Agency buildings.
TMA Propane Locations Propane is required for the following BIA buildings:
• Building #84 – Detention Center
• Building #123 – Fire Hall
• Building #133 – Facility Management Office
• Building #157 – Records Storage
• Building #169 / 169A – Roads / Forestry
• Building #186 – Facility Grounds Shop Description of Work Delivery of propane to designated buildings, adhering to all applicable Codes and Regulations.
Government Furnished Property There will be no Government‑furnished property.
Performance of Work Propane delivery shall be conducted in conformity with applicable regulations to ensure satisfactory protection of property and the environment.
Specifications The attached specifications are the minimum standards for propane delivery.
Section 1: Description of Tasks
1.1 Planning
The vendor shall provide a schedule for propane delivery to the Facility Manager at least 24 hours prior to the start of any work.
1.2 Deploy and Support
The vendor shall deploy appropriate equipment and personnel to deliver propane safely and in accordance with regulations.
Section 2: Period of Performance The delivery period will span a period of 6 months.
Section 3: Project Artifacts / Deliverables
3.1 Inspection and Acceptance Criteria
Upon completion of delivery, an inspection will be conducted by the BIA for acceptance.
