About this file

This is an attachment detailing prohibited file types for proposal submissions to the CAAA Rapid Acquisition Sustainment Program (RASP) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) solicitation.

The document establishes security requirements for proposal compliance, prohibiting offerors from submitting files with executable extensions, compressed archives, media files, and database file formats. Specifically prohibited categories include executable files (such as .exe, .bat, .cmd, .ps1, .vbs, and .js files), compressed archives (.zip, .rar, .7z, .tar, .gz, .iso, .jar), media files (.mp3, .mp4, .wav, .mov, .avi, .wmv), and database files (.accdb, .accde, .db, .sql). The Government reserves the right to reject any file type deemed a security risk, and its email system and security gateways may automatically block or quarantine non-compliant submissions without notification. Offerors are solely responsible for ensuring their proposals comply with these restrictions. Only three file formats are accepted for proposal submission: Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), and Adobe PDF (.pdf), as specified in Section L of the solicitation.
