About this file

This document is a comprehensive project specifications manual for the Roseburg District Bureau of Land Management Warehouse Environmental Improvements project. The specifications detail a comprehensive renovation of the warehouse facility, encompassing demolition, electrical, mechanical, and architectural improvements. Key work elements include removing existing overhead gas furnaces, air conditioning units, and electrical systems; installing new ductless mini-split heat pump systems with two outdoor condensing units and eight indoor air handler units; constructing an 8' x 6' cast-in-place concrete pad; replacing designated lighting fixtures with LED alternatives; and performing necessary electrical modifications, including installing new 30-amp and 20-amp circuits and repositioning existing electrical infrastructure.

The project specifications are meticulously organized across multiple divisions, covering general requirements, sitework, demolition, earthwork, concrete work, electrical systems, and finishes. The work is to be performed at the Bureau of Land Management's Roseburg District Office warehouse, with careful attention to maintaining facility operations during construction, minimizing disruption, and ensuring compliance with various technical and safety standards. The project is scheduled for implementation in January 2024, with specific requirements for contractor qualifications, material specifications, installation methods, testing, and quality assurance throughout the renovation process.
