About this file

This document is a Salient Characteristics specification for a Refrigerated/Heating Circulator (H26002), outlining the technical requirements for a single unit to be procured.

The refrigerated/heating circulator must be a circulating bath system with a stainless-steel tank of 50-liter capacity featuring insulated construction, integrated secure cover and drain, and a usable bath opening of 13.8" W x 15.7" L x 11.8" D. The unit shall have overall dimensions of 17.7" W x 25.2" L x 37.4" H and operate across a temperature range of -40 to 100° C with temperature stability of ±0.01° C or better and resolution of 0.01° C or better. The circulator must be capable of 3-point absolute temperature calibration and include a color TFT display with programmable controller and rotary knob interface. The system shall be switchable between internal and external circulation modes with integrated stainless steel pump connections and a port for external temperature control. The unit must utilize environmentally friendly R1270 (propane) refrigerant at 90 grams with a Global Warming Potential of 2, deliver minimum cooling capacity of 1.1 kW at 20° C and heating capacity of 2 kW, operate from 230 VAC at 60 Hz, and meet or exceed Class III (FL) certification per DIN 12876-1. Additional requirements include standard RS-232 and USB ports, integrated safety features for operator and equipment protection, all necessary software for setup and operation, and all essential startup components including hose adapters, barbs, fittings, and US power cord.
