About this file

This is a price list template attachment for solicitation 140P1525Q0012 related to generator services at Grand Canyon National Park's North Rim location. The template requests pricing for services on five standby generators: three Caterpillar units, one Kohler unit at the North Rim Waste Water Treatment Plant, and one Generac unit at the communications Tower at CC Hill.

The price list includes eight line items covering inspection and preventative maintenance services (8 times per year), annual load bank testing, on-call technical support (estimated 3 hours), non-emergency services and travel (estimated 3 hours/trips), emergency services and travel (estimated 3 hours/trips), and annual replacement parts. The BPA has an anticipated 5-year ordering period, with prices updatable annually. Replacement parts are included in the BPA scope but must be determined fair and reasonable at the individual BPA Call level with prior Contracting Officer approval. The template requires vendors to input their UEI, point of contact information, and unit prices for each service category.
