Project is to purchase a total of twenty (20) windows to replace original existing windows with ones that mimic original appearance. Removal and installation work to be performed by National Park Service Staff.

• Windows are for remodel, should have nailing fins attached.

• Use low-E, double pane glass inserts that do not have a reflective coating that is noticeable from the outside. Windows will be installed in houses that are at an altitude of 8,800’ above sea level.

• Single and double window units to be casement, designed to meet egress requirements.

• To mimic the look of the original windows, operable windows should have a horizontal grill/divider element half-way up from bottom.
