TECHNICAL EVALUATION: BEST VALUE TRADEOFF
1. BEST VALUE TRADEOFF
The Government will comparatively evaluate all technically acceptable offers and issue a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best overall value to the Government, considering:
• Technical Capability

• Price
The Government may select a higher-priced offer when the advantages of its technical capability or proposed delivery timeline warrant the additional cost.
