About this file

This document is a Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination for building construction projects in Clallam County, Washington, effective as of June 27, 2025. The wage determination provides prevailing wage rates for multiple construction trade classifications, including power equipment operators, laborers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, ironworkers, and other skilled trades, with hourly rates ranging from $23.50 for truck drivers to $75.21 for plumbers and pipefitters.

The document includes important labor compliance details, such as minimum wage requirements under Executive Orders 14026 and 13706, which mandate specific hourly rates for workers on federal contracts. For contracts entered into on or after January 30, 2022, workers must be paid at least $17.75 per hour, with provisions for zone-based pay differentials depending on the distance from specified city centers. The wage determination also outlines procedures for wage determination appeals and provides guidance on worker classifications, with modifications tracked through June 2025.
